Terms and Conditions – jeto92 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1Introduction

Welcome to jeto92. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you — the individual accessing or using the jeto92 platform — and jeto92 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any game, betting market or service available on jeto92, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all of the Terms set out on this page.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not create an account or use the jeto92 platform. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that are published on the site from time to time. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotional document, the specific promotional terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

jeto92 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated and designed specifically for Pakistani players. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and all user-facing policies are written to reflect the expectations and legal context of users in Pakistan.

2Eligibility

To register and use jeto92, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jeto92 does not permit persons under the age of 18 to create an account or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations and automated systems may not register player accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing jeto92 from a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of a jeto92 employee or contractor in a role that provides access to platform data, odds-setting, or payment processing.

jeto92 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point. Providing false information during registration, or failing to disclose a change in circumstances that affects your eligibility, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending winnings or bonus balances.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one jeto92 account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jeto92 uses technical and manual verification methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other fields marked as required. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. jeto92 is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information you have provided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your jeto92 account credentials — your username, password, and any PIN or security questions. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact jeto92 support immediately. jeto92 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

jeto92 may request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Accepted documents typically include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of registered mobile number, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your jeto92 account at any time by contacting our support team. We will process your request and return any eligible remaining balance to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks. jeto92 may also close accounts at its discretion where these Terms have been breached or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or abuse.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jeto92 currently supports the following PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. jeto92 does not accept payments in foreign currencies. Supported payment methods may change from time to time — please check the Deposit and Withdrawal page for the most current list.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit on jeto92 is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your jeto92 wallet instantly for mobile wallet methods. There is no fee charged by jeto92 on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Funds deposited to jeto92 may only be used for gaming activity on the platform — they may not be transferred between accounts.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 working days. jeto92 charges no fee on any withdrawal transaction.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification as described in Section 3.4. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they can be withdrawn. jeto92 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to third parties is prohibited. jeto92 will return funds to the source account and may suspend your jeto92 account where third-party funding is detected.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jeto92 offers a welcome bonus to newly registered players on their first qualifying deposit. The current welcome bonus is a 100% match up to Rs 15,000. The bonus is credited to your jeto92 bonus wallet upon successful deposit and is subject to all conditions in this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by jeto92 are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 20× the bonus amount on eligible sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50, or on eligible casino game wagers. For example: a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 100,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds.

Not all game types contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Sports bets at qualifying odds contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 10%. Fishing games contribute 20%. Games listed as excluded contribute 0%. The current contribution table is published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited at expiry.

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method.
• jeto92 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• In the event of a dispute, the decision of jeto92 management is final.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage, guaranteed profit strategies, or collusion — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

jeto92 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion — including after a bet has been placed — where there are reasonable grounds to believe the bet violates these Terms, exploits a pricing error, or involves prohibited activity. You will be notified of any cancellation and the relevant stake will be returned to your wallet.

6.2 Odds Errors

Where a price or odds has been published in error — due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — jeto92 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. We will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors as quickly as possible, and will always act in a manner that is transparent and fair to our players.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on jeto92. These limits are displayed within each game or market. jeto92 may adjust individual player stake limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

6.4 Game Integrity

All casino games on jeto92 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited. RTP percentages published in game paytables are verified by the respective game providers. The results of any game cannot be manipulated by jeto92 or any player. Results are final once settled, subject to the dispute resolution process below.

6.5 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you must contact jeto92 support within 72 hours of the event in question. Please include your username, the transaction or round ID, and a description of the issue. jeto92 will review the relevant game logs and data and respond within 5 business days. The decision of jeto92 following investigation is final.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeto92. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using jeto92 to process proceeds of criminal activity, or deliberately losing funds to a connected account, is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by a person under 18 years of age, or attempting to register while underage.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one jeto92 account for any reason, including in order to claim multiple bonuses.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software or any other artificial means to interact with jeto92 games or betting markets.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus terms, pricing discrepancies or cash-out features in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market on jeto92.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unwarranted chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to jeto92.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or operate your jeto92 account, regardless of the reason.

8Responsible Gaming

11Limitation of Liability

jeto92 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, interruption of service, or errors in game data — provided we have taken reasonable steps to identify and correct such issues promptly.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by jeto92's negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk, and that jeto92 does not guarantee any financial return on any bet or game. All decisions to wager funds on jeto92 are made freely and voluntarily by you.

12Amendments to These Terms

jeto92 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — we will notify you via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of jeto92 after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using jeto92 and request account closure before the effective date. jeto92 will return any eligible remaining balance on closure requests received in these circumstances.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or updates to contact details — may be made without advance notice and are effective immediately upon publication.
